# Osprey confirms quality and environmental certifications under independent ownership

Osprey confirms that its quality, environmental and occupational health and safety certifications remain in force following the transition to independent ownership. The certifications AS9100 for aerospace quality ...

Osprey confirms that its quality, environmental and occupational health and safety certifications remain in force following the transition to independent ownership.  
The certifications  
AS9100 for aerospace quality management, ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety all continue to apply across operations in Neath and Surahammar.  
What this means for customers  
Material certification continues to be issued against the specification each batch was made to. Existing qualification programmes, first article approvals and supply agreements are unaffected. No re-qualification is required as a result of the ownership change.  
Where an accepted specification exists, Osprey works to it and cites it. Where one does not, the method is documented and held. That has not changed.
